All school grounds have been prepared to open. However, transportation for staff and families are affected by icy side streets and sidewalks that are still challenging due to snow and ice. The forecast is also calling for more precipitation overnight. A 2-hour delay will allow for more daylight and snowmelt so staff and family can more easily navigate the roads.
We will be open for all student schedules with a late start - Only 9:30 to 11:30 , Plus 9:30 to 2:00 and Full day daily schedules 9:30 until 5:30 PM.
The forecast continues to change and looks like we may have challenging road conditions through this week. I will continue to be tuned in to the latest forecast.
Staff will be doing health checks upon arrival at school. Please keep students home if they have any symptoms of illness, staff are instructed to send ill students home.
