Celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday on March 2 by reading Bartholomew and the Oobleck. Then try making some oobleck yourself! Kids will delight in this gooey substance which squiggles in their fists like a "slippery potato dumpling made of rubber." What you’ll need: 2 cups of corn starch 1 cup water 3 drops of green food coloring
Directions: Mix ingredients together in a medium sized bowl. (Add water slowly as it may not need entire cup.) You are aiming for a consistency similar to pancake batter.
